We aim for complete transparency. Please read our refund terms for digital products and membership plans.
Introduction
Since GPL Group Lab is offering non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we do not generally issue refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on our website.
Please make sure that you've carefully read the product description and checked the live demo before making a purchase.
When do we issue a refund?
We only consider refund requests under the following specific circumstances:
Technical Defects
If the product is completely broken or has a major technical bug that our support team cannot fix within 72 hours.
Product Not As Described
If the item you received is completely different from what was shown in the product description or demo.
No Refund Exceptions
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after downloading the product.
- The product does not meet your expectations (we provide demos for this reason).
- You do not have the technical skills to use the theme or plugin.
- Your hosting environment does not meet the requirements of the product.
- Membership plans where multiple items have already been downloaded.
How to request a refund?
If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund, please follow these steps:

Include your order ID and a detailed explanation (including screenshots) of the technical issue.
